Luces Velásquez is a Colombian actress born in the city of Medellín on October 3, 1960, internationally recognized for her role as Bertha de González in “Yo soy Betty la Fea”.

Luces has managed to establish a long career in Colombian television, having participated in many of the country's biggest productions, among which stand out; “Los cuervos”, “Los victorinos”, “Romeo y buseta”, “Yo soy Betty la Fea”, “Without tits there is no paradise”, “Escobar the boss of evil”, among many others.
