Con más de 300 mil metros cuadrados construidos, el centro comercial más grande de Colombia en la actualidad es el Live Envigado, this large commerce and entertainment center has four levels (two commercial, one entertainment and a sports terrace). 2. Centro Mayor shopping center (248 thousand m²) – (Bogotá)

En el doceavo lugar tenemos al Cacique Centro Comercial que cuenta con 1518 mil metros cuadrados construidos lo que lo convierte en el centro comercial más grande de Bucaramanga y del nororiente colombiano. Posee 273 locales comerciales distribuidos en 4 niveles además de 1.600 espacios de estacionamientos. Este centro ofrece una gran oferta de locales comerciales, gastronómicos y de entretenimiento.

13. Centro Comercial Viva Barranquilla (151 mil m²) – (Barranquilla, Atlántico)

En el treceavo lugar tenemos al Centro Comercial Buenavista que cuenta con 151 mil metros cuadrados construidos lo que lo convierte en el centro comercial más grande de Barranquilla. Abrió su primera etapa en el año 2001 desde entonces ha añadido dos edificios más dentro del complejo: Buenavista II y el Mall Plaza. En conjunto poseen una gran oferta de locales comerciales, gastronómicos y de entretenimiento.
