BIOGRAPHY
Julio Luzardo is a film, theater and television director born in the city of Bogotá on September 24, 1938. He has also stood out as a librettist, playwright and producer of films, serials, plays and commercials.
Luzardo studied film at the University of California, Los Angeles, and also took some theater and acting courses at the Pasadena Playhouse.

After participating in the direction, production and editing of several films and television series Luzardo dedicated himself to making television film commercials for more than 25 years, beginning with work in 16mm black and white that evolved into color.
He is the brother of the also renowned actress Consuelo Luzardo and the also famous actress Celmira Luzardo died in 2014.
