Ingredients
  

  • 2 aguacates (maduros)
  • a splash of vinegar
  • chili pepper (al gusto)
  • a splash of oil
  • Lettuce leaves
  • salt (al gusto)
  • pepper (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing you will do is peel the avocados, then remove the seeds and cut the pulp into cubes. (keep the seed).
  • Then you should add crushed chili to taste, a splash of oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then on a large plate, place some lettuce leaves as a bed and mix them with the help of a spoon until they are well mixed.
  • You can leave the avocado seed in the mixture to prevent it from oxidizing or “blackening.”
  • And voila, you can use this sauce to accompany good roast potatoes or good pork or beef.
