- 2 aguacates (maduros)
- a splash of vinegar
- chili pepper (al gusto)
- a splash of oil
- Lettuce leaves
- salt (al gusto)
- pepper (al gusto)
Step by step preparation
- The first thing you will do is peel the avocados, then remove the seeds and cut the pulp into cubes. (keep the seed).
- Then you should add crushed chili to taste, a splash of oil, salt and pepper to taste.
- Then on a large plate, place some lettuce leaves as a bed and mix them with the help of a spoon until they are well mixed.
- You can leave the avocado seed in the mixture to prevent it from oxidizing or “blackening.”
- And voila, you can use this sauce to accompany good roast potatoes or good pork or beef.
