Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound corn pilao
  • ¼ pound beef lard
  • ¼ pound pig butter
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt to taste.

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing to do is leave the corn in water for 3 days, then wash it and grind it very finely.
  • Then proceed to mix all the ingredients until creating a consistent dough.
  • Then they proceed to create the cakes by taking portions of the dough.
  • Once the biscuits are made, they are placed on a greased tin and placed in the oven previously preheated to 350° for about 20 minutes. They are separated in the tin forming lanes and left in the oven at minimum until toasted.
  • And ready.
