Boehringer Ingelheim Colombia Ranked First Among Top Companies for Young Professionals

The German pharmaceutical company with a presence in the country has been awarded 1st place among the best companies for young professionals, according to the 2020 Employers For Youth (EFY) Colombia study. This award recognizes the best companies for young talent throughout Latin America.

At Boehringer Ingelheim Colombia, a commitment to its workforce has led to the cultivation of talent among its young professionals, actively supporting their career growth. María Elvira Rodríguez, the company’s Human Resources Manager, states: “For us, having young talent and providing opportunities to young professionals means being consistent and coherent between what we say and what we do; it means living a culture of innovation and continuous transformation, creating environments that evolve day by day.”

The EFY Awards are part of the largest study on young professionals in the world, conducted in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. This year, a total of 55 companies participated in Colombia, with Boehringer Ingelheim standing out for its commitment to the country’s young professional workforce.
