Hallacas are from Venezuela and are popular in the border departments of Colombia, it is not a Colombian dish, it is a dish adopted by Colombia
They are actually a dish from the Llanos, and are shared by the Colombian and Venezuelan Llaneros.
The recipe details are messy. Poor. Stingy filler. The apa of very thick dough, like to enlarge the package. The wrapping and the tying are very neat, which are definitive. A hallaca wherever it comes from is a symbol of abundance and good taste. Nothing to see. We are not so tied.
Hello, Greetings, thank you for taking the time to review our recipe, we will work on improving it, we also use this space to learn. Many greetings.
The hallaca is Vemezolana in Colombia they have tamales, which is their preparation and flavor differ a lot....one of the reasons is because the traditional Venezuelan hallaca is made with the best ingredients such as; Wine, spices, olives and raisins, ingredients that are very expensive in Colombia... hallaca is not from the plains, it was born in the east of the country. VENEZUELA
Hallacas is from Venezuela
Hayaca is a dish that has been eaten in Norte de Santander on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays since the Spanish conquest. In Venezuela only at Christmas.
Hallaca is a typical Venezuelan Christmas dish!!!! That in Colombia they have adapted it, that's fine. But he is Venezuelan.
Many greetings.
No, the hayaca is a typical Venezuelan dish, which was made in the Central Region of Venezuela by the black and mestizo populations and over time it migrated to the entire country, including the border states and the North of Santander, it seems very good to me that it forms part of its typical gastronomy, but it is good to explain that throughout Venezuela the preparation of this dish varies in each region or state according to the availability of some ingredients, such as chickpeas, almonds, potatoes, raisins, wine grapes, ground paprika, etc. It is our inheritance. Greetings
