Lulada recipe
Lulada is a delicious drink made from lulo or naranjilla, it is a typical drink from the Cauca Valley in Colombia, learn in this simple recipe how to prepare lulada quickly and easily.
Ingredients
- 12 lulos
- 2 sugar cups
- 2 liters of water
- 6 lemons
- Ice
Step by step preparation
- First of all, wash the ingredients very well.
- Then proceed to make a lemonade with water, 1 cup of sugar and the juice resulting from the squeezed lemons.
- Then cut the lulos in half and with a spoon take out the pulp, with the help of your hands mash the pulp very well.
- Then add the pulp to the lemonade and while mixing with a grinder, add the sugar.
- Once finished, check that there is enough sugar, add ice and proceed to serve it.
