The Monument to José Prudencio Padilla It is located in a small square near the Caribbean Naval Museum and in front of Navy Park in the center of Cartagena.
Many call the place where the monument is located as Admirals Square because the sculpture of José Prudencio Padilla is accompanied by busts of different admirals from Latin America.
