In the distant future, humans have given way to new species of humans called Metahumans. A group of rebels from this species searches in a Metropolis for one of them, who carries within his DNA the hidden information about the origins of civilization.
Raven and his companion Ronin Sable are tasked with initiating a detective-like pursuit of this rebel group, leading them on a journey through the city, into the knowledge of the Human Genome, and toward the secrets concealed in our DNA about our past, present, and future.
