Utensilios y Equipos

  • Pataconera (optional)

Ingredients

  • 4 green bananas
  • enough oil to fry
  • Salt (al gusto)
  • Garlic (optional)

Step by step preparation

  • The first thing you need to do is prepare the ingredients, the bananas must be peeled and cut into three pieces.
  • Heat the oil and fry until you notice that they begin to brown.
  • Then they are taken out and crushed one by one with the help of a potato chipper. If you don't have one, you can use a wooden board and a plastic bag. (Preferably they should be crushed while they are hot).
  • When you see that they have a good golden color and a crispy texture, take them out and let them drain.
