Ingredients
- 4 plátanos (maduros)
- ¼ pound panela
- 1 Cup of water
- cloves (al gusto)
- cinnamon (al gusto)
- tiras delgadas de cáscara de limón (optional)
Step by step preparation
- The first thing you should do is peel the bananas and cut them into medium-sized pieces or slices.
- Then they are brought to the fire with water and panela so that they heat up, they should be left on low heat, more or less for about 20 to 25 minutes until they are well soaked.
- Finally, you should add the cinnamon and cloves, optionally you can add lemon peel.
