The Ventanas Natural Reserve is a natural refuge for wild flora and fauna that is located on the banks of the Orinoco River, in the vichada department; The exuberant beauty of the natural settings of the place have made it one of the favorite tourist sites in Vichada.

Scenarios such as the Raudales de Ventanas with more than 250m in length, the Los Coloneles ecotourism trail, named in honor of the Lithuanian officer Francisco Farcá, the first owner of the refuge; They are true samples of the natural wealth of this Department of the eastern plains, this reserve is recognized nationally for its conservation of the Vichadense flora and fauna.

Tourist Activities in the Ventanas Reserve

In this natural refuge you can carry out different activities such as Sport Fishing on the banks of the Orinoco River, camping, canoeing, bird watching and observation of fauna and wild flora typical of the region.
