Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound white corn piled
  • 1 panela
  • 1 medium pineapple
  • 24 mature lulos
  • 15 glasses of water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • orange buds
  • Green lemon peel

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing to do is cook the corn in water until it softens, this will take about 1 hour or so.
  • Then you must prepare a thick melao with the panela, adding cinnamon, cloves, green lemon peels and orange buds to this, so that the flavor is enriched. Reserve this preparation for the moment.
  • Then you must peel the pineapple with the help of a knife and then proceed to chop it finely, then peel and cut the 12 lulos into small slices.
  • Then, place 2 cups of chopped pineapple with a little sugar over low heat to soften it.
  • Then with the rest of the pineapple, the 12 lulos and the 15 glasses of water you should prepare a juice.
  • Then you must stir the pineapple and lulo juice with the corn, the previously strained melao, the pineapple softened in sugar and with the lulos in slices, you will also add some green lemon peels to give it a touch of special flavor.
  • And that's it, proceed to serve in glasses with pieces of ice.
