Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups of water
  • Schnapps
  • 1 panela
  • 6 cinammon sticks
  • 1 Lemon
  • Sugar

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing you should do is cook the panela in the 3 cups of water to make a panela water, then add the cinnamon, leave it for a few minutes until the panela is completely dissolved. (optionally you can add a splash of lemon juice to the panela water during cooking)
  • Then you should take a glass cup and moisten the rim with lemon juice, then frost the rim with sugar.
  • Once you have the frosted glass, you proceed to pour a little liquor into it, then add the hot panela water.
