Pineapple Colada Recipe

Ingredients
- 1½ liter of water
- 1 pineapple
- 1 pound threshed corn
- ½ pound of sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Cloves
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Step by step preparation
- First of all, you must cook the corn in the water for 1 hour, then take it out, and you can grind it or blend it, then proceed to strain it until it is well diluted.
- Then you cook it for about 15 minutes until it begins to set, you add 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and cloves, stir well and proceed to add the sugar and finally you must add the previously peeled and grated pineapple and its juice.
- Stir very well with a wooden spoon for about 10 minutes until it sets, add a pinch of salt and nutmeg.
- Lower the heat and let it rest.
