Ingredients
- 1 pound (500 gr) cashew pulp
- ½ pound (250 gr) scraped panela
- 1 liter of water
Step by step preparation
- The seeds are removed from the cashews, as well as the bottom part so that they absorb the caramel better.
- Prick the pulps with a fork. They are squeezed and cooked in water, then taken out and soaked in a clear panela honey.
- You can add a little wine and cinnamon powder. Let it cook until the syrup melts. The fruits should be wrinkled like raisins.
