Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (500 gr) cashew pulp
  • ½ pound (250 gr) scraped panela
  • 1 liter of water

Step by step preparation
 

  • The seeds are removed from the cashews, as well as the bottom part so that they absorb the caramel better.
  • Prick the pulps with a fork. They are squeezed and cooked in water, then taken out and soaked in a clear panela honey.
