Biography
Isa Mebarak is a Colombian singer and songwriter, born on June 29, 1981, in Barranquilla, Colombia. She has dedicated much of her musical career to rescuing many of the classic themes of Colombian music such as Sabores del Porro, La Patillalera, Noches de Cartagena, among others.

As a singer, she has explored the sounds of vallenato music, Latin jazz, blues, and Latin pop. As a songwriter, in addition to writing a large number of songs, she has collaborated with great international artists such as the multi-award-winning Panamanian-Brazilian composer Erika Ender.
Isa Mebarak completed her professional academic training with a specialization in Music at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. She is the cousin of Colombian singer Shakira on her father’s side.
