Ingredients
- 12 ripe curubas
- 2 liters milk
- 1 Cup of water
- 1½ Sugar cup
- ¼ cup of milk cream.
- Ice
Step by step preparation
- First of all, cut the curubas in two, and with a spoon extract the pulp.
- This pulp is mixed with water, and then blended or blended until creamy.
- Then add the milk and sugar, blend at medium speed with a little cracked ice, add the cream and beat for another minute.
