Breadfruit Juice Recipe

En esta sencilla y rápida receta aprenderás como hacer un delicioso y refrescante jugo del fruto del árbol de pan; este jugo es muy popular en zonas costeras como san Andrés islas y en el pacífico colombiano.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 maceta o 1 fruto del árbol
  • 3 tablespoons of milk powder
  • 2 cups of water
  • sugar (al gusto)
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon powder (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • First, the fruit must be peeled and the core removed, then cut into pieces and cooked for around 20 to 30 minutes.
  • In a blender, place the previously cooked pieces to blend, adding the powdered milk, water, sugar and ice. You should add more or less water depending on how light you want it.
  • After it is well blended, serve it in a glass and sprinkle it with the cinnamon powder.
