Mango juice with milk recipe

Ingredients
- 8 small ripe mangoes
- 1 cup of water
- 3 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- Ice (optional)
Step by step preparation
- First, we proceed to clean the ingredients, wash the mangoes well, whether they have been picked from the tree or purchased, it is always better to wash them.
- After washing them, they are peeled and pulped (removing the seed).
- The pulp is blended with the water plus sugar for about 1 minute. (Optionally you can add ice if desired).
- Lower the speed of the blender and add the milk little by little. Let it mix for about 2 minutes. You can serve it like this or strain it before serving.
