Ingredients
  

  • 8 small ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Ice (optional)

Step by step preparation
 

  • First, we proceed to clean the ingredients, wash the mangoes well, whether they have been picked from the tree or purchased, it is always better to wash them.
  • After washing them, they are peeled and pulped (removing the seed).
  • The pulp is blended with the water plus sugar for about 1 minute. (Optionally you can add ice if desired).
  • Lower the speed of the blender and add the milk little by little. Let it mix for about 2 minutes. You can serve it like this or strain it before serving.
