  • 10 Medlars
  • Sugar
  • Ice
  • Water or Milk

Step by step preparation
 

  • First of all, you must wash the loquats, then cut them in half and remove the seeds and peel.
  • Then take the loquat pieces and put them in the blender along with the water (or milk), 5 tablespoons of sugar and the ice and blend it until it reaches the desired density.
  • Confirm that there is enough sugar, if you notice that it is lacking, add a little more.
  • And that's it, you can serve it with more ice if you wish.

  • Depending on where it grows, the loquat will have differences in its appearance. In Colombia this fruit is characterized by having a brown peel with beige pulp and elongated black seeds.
