Biography
Julio César Valotta Fernández, better known as Julio César Luna, is an Argentine-born director, actor, screenwriter, announcer, and producer who became a Colombian national and built a prolific career in Colombian television.

He was born on February 17, 1945, in Córdoba, Argentina, and participated in several of the first telenovelas produced in Colombia, making him one of the pioneers of national television. Among his most popular productions are Gallito Ramírez, Pero Sigo Siendo el Rey, Dios Se lo Pague, and La Potra Zaina.
