Biography
Lorna Cepeda (Lorna María Cepeda Jiménez), also known as Lorna Paz, is a Colombian actress born on November 18, 1970, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. She is internationally recognized for her role as Patricia Fernández in Yo soy Betty, la Fea.

Lorna studied psychology in 1977 at the Universidad del Norte, and later decided to pursue acting under the guidance of Alfonso Ortiz between 1997 and 1999. From 2002 to 2003, she continued her acting education with actress Vicky Hernández, adopting the stage name Lorna Paz.
She is the sister of actress Angie Cepeda, who has built a successful career abroad.
