Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 1 bigheaded onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ pound of Coastal cheese
- 12 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 3 eggs

Step by step preparation
- First you proceed to prepare the ingredients; You should wash the potatoes well and then peel them; The big onion must be grated or chopped very finely; the cheese must be grated.
- Once you have prepared the ingredients, proceed to cook the potatoes with onion, garlic and salt in water at a level that covers them, until they become soft.
- Once they have softened, drain them, place them in a container and proceed to mash them until they form a puree. Check that they are well salted and let them rest covered so that they do not lose moisture.
- Then with the puree she begins to shape 8 balls, once made she makes a hole in them to fill them with the grated cheese, and they are closed with the same puree.
- Once you have filled the balls, you pass them through the flour, then through the previously beaten eggs and again through more flour.
- Then you fry them in hot oil until you see that they are golden brown.
