Biography
Pedro Noguera is a Colombian model, actor, cultural manager, historian, and artist, born in Santa Marta on March 6, 1963. He is recognized for his participation in the 1990s productions Azúcar and Señora Isabel, as well as for his work in the cultural sector of Santa Marta.
Noguera completed his primary and secondary studies in Colombia and finished high school in the United States. He later returned to Colombia and enrolled in the Faculty of Diplomacy and International Law at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, though he did not complete those studies. He went on to earn degrees in Film and Photography from Unitec in Bogotá and in Audiovisual Communication from Academia Arco in Bogotá.

By the mid-1980s, he had become one of the most prominent Afro-Colombian models of the time, later transitioning to television with roles in Azúcar and Señora Isabel. In the mid-2000s, he developed children’s theater works. Due to his socio-political activism and LGBT advocacy, he was forced into exile in the United States. In 2009, he returned to Colombia, where he established himself as a renowned photographer and cultural manager in Santa Marta. His works have been exhibited in countries such as Germany. Through his social and cultural leadership, he has spearheaded projects promoting tourism, art, childhood development, and the protection of LGBT community rights.
