Vicente Luna

Biography

Vicente Luna (José Vicente Gutiérrez) is a Colombian actor and filmmaker, known for participating in films such as Los actores del conflicto and El soborno del cielo.

He performed military service in Tolemaida as a Lancer and Paratrooper in 1987. In 1996, he studied Finance and International Relations at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and later earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Business at Schiller International University in Paris. He also completed a postgraduate degree in Acting at the East 15 Acting School of the University of Essex, and is a member of the Equity Independent actors’ union.

In 2010, he founded Perla Negra Films and serves as the executive director of The Siplas Foundation.

Currently, Vicente Luna lives in Brazil.
