Aprende en esta sencilla receta como hacer unos ricos buñuelos de maíz en almíbar de forma fácil y rápida.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 2 egg (yolks)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Oil for frying
- ¼ pound of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
Step by step preparation
- The first thing you will need to do is stir the corn flour with the egg yolks and baking powder; Then proceed to mix and knead everything very well, until you obtain a soft dough.
- When the dough is ready, take several portions of it and make some balls.
- Then you will proceed to fry the balls in a pan with a lot of hot but not boiling oil. You can cover the pan and let them fry for a while. When you see that they are fluffing or rising, increase the intensity of the heat and let them fry until they are golden brown.
- Then remove them from the heat and let them drain on a napkin.
- Separately, prepare a syrup by melting the sugar in the 4 tablespoons of water over low heat. Once it is slightly thick, remove it from the heat and let it cool for a moment.
- Finally, you should bathe the fritters with the syrup and that's it, you can now enjoy this delicious recipe.
