Basic Broth Recipe
Aprende en esta sencilla receta como hacer el basic broth de forma fácil y rápida.
Ingredients
- 14 cups of water
- ½ pound pulp meat
- 1 pound of fleshy bones (preferably tail (or ribs))
- 4 whole rush onions
- 1 large tomato
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Step by step preparation
- Cook all the ingredients in a lot of water for about 45 minutes: the meat, the bones or ribs, the onions, the previously peeled and chopped tomato, the chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- If you do not use it immediately but rather keep it in the refrigerator, it is advisable to remove the onion so that it does not darken. Likewise, if you use it this way, it is best to add the salt at the end.
