  • 2 coconuts.
  • Coconut water.
  • 2 panels.
  • 1 lemon.

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first step will be to split the coconut, the water is kept aside and the pulp is extracted and grated, with the thickest part of the grater or with the thinnest part, it depends entirely on the taste of each person.
  • Then the grated coconut is cooked together with the panela and a little of the coconut water.
  • When the syrup begins to thicken, add the lemon juice, with a wooden spoon you should stir until it hardens. When it has a solid consistency and does not have much liquid, it will be ready to assemble the cocadas.
  • Then, with a spoon, take out small portions and assemble the cocadas on a moistened surface.
  • And that's it, wait for them to cool a little before eating them.
