Ingredients
  

  • 2 mature tomatoes
  • 4 long onion stalks
  • 2 bigheaded onions
  • 4 garlic
  • 2 creole peppers
  • 1 spoonful of chillangua (Bighorn coriander)
  • 1 tablespoon of pennyroyal (mint)
  • 2 tablespoons of annatto oil (daughter)
  • 1 green paprika (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste

Step by step preparation
 

  • First of all, wash the ingredients well and then proceed to chop each one of them very finely (you can also choose to grind them with a hand stone, this is usually one of the most traditional ways of preparing it).
  • Then proceed to fry all the ingredients in the oil for around 10 minutes or until you achieve a smooth sauce. (You can prepare annatto oil by combining frying oil with annatto seeds).
