Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds of chucho (Stingray)
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 3 mature tomatoes
  • 2 bigheaded onions
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 lemons
  • salt (al gusto)
  • pepper (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing to do is wash the dog meat well with plenty of water, let it soak for about 5 minutes in water with the juice of 2 lemons.
  • Then boil water and cook the chucho for about 30 minutes.
  • Then it is taken out, drained and cut into long strips.
  • Then a sauce is made with lemon juice, previously peeled and chopped tomatoes, previously chopped onions, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, and in this the chucho strips are marinated.
  • And that's it, you can enjoy this delicious salad, traditionally you can enjoy this salad served on lettuce leaves, with White rice or with soda crackers.
