  • When you notice that the bananas are soft and the soda begins to reduce and have a consistency like that of a melao, reduce the intensity of the heat and let them cook, constantly moving the bananas so that they stick, until they are golden brown and have been created. a syrup or kind of honey. (If you notice that the bananas are too soft, remove them from the pan and set them aside while the syrup forms.)
  • Most of them should be a reddish color similar to the color of Kola.
