Lobster Salad Recipe
Lobster salad is a delicious recipe that is very popular on the Colombian Caribbean (Atlantic) coast. Here we show you step by step how to prepare it quickly and easily.
Ingredients
- 3 queues lobster medium
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 mature tomatoes
- 2 bigheaded onions
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Step by step preparation
- First, you proceed to wash and clean the ingredients well; Once done, it is advisable to peel and chop the onions and tomatoes.
- Then proceed to prepare the lobsters (It is recommended to buy the tails, because it is the part that contains the most meat and if it is the rest of the lobster, it would not be used in other preparations, it would be a waste since these are usually sold by weight). Boil the lobsters in water for 10 minutes, then cut the shell, removing the entire meat.
- Let the meat cool and proceed to cut it into slices or torrentes.
- With the tomato and previously chopped onion, prepare a sauce, adding the lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper, in this sauce the lobster is marinated.
- Generally this salad is usually served accompanied by soda crackers.
