Octopus Salad Recipe
Aprende en esta sencilla receta como hacer la ensalada de pulpo de forma fácil y rápida.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds of bug octopuses (little ones)
- 4 lemons
- ½ cup of olive oil
- ¼ cup of vinegar
- 4 chive stems
- salt (al gusto)
- pepper (al gusto)
- 1 red paprika (optional)
Step by step preparation
- The first thing to do is to clean the octopuses very well, then they are beaten and washed with water and lemon, and they are left in that water for a long time.
- Then they are cooked in normal water for about 20 minutes, then taken out and drained, chopped and left to cool.
- They are left to marinate for a few hours in a glass or enameled container, in oil, vinegar, lemon juice, previously finely chopped chives, previously cut paprika into thin strips, pepper and salt to taste.
- Traditionally served with White rice or on lettuce leaves, along with soda crackers. You can refrigerate it and keep it for a week.
