The guineo pachangao o cayeye es un plato hecho a base de guineos verdes; popular en la costa colombiana, especialmente en la zona bananera, suele comerse especialmente como desayuno. Aquí aprenderás a preparar el guineo pachangao o cayeye paso a paso y de forma rápida y sencilla.
Ingredients
- 3 green bananas
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 scallion
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt to taste
Step by step preparation

- Then they are taken out of the water and mashed well until they achieve a smooth consistency.
