Corozo Juice Recipe
Corozo juice is one of the most popular drinks on the Colombian Caribbean coast, although it is consumed in other regions of the country, it is on the coast where it is prepared the most. Ingredients
- 1 pound of corozos
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 cups of water
- Ice to taste
Step by step preparation
- Primero que todo se preparan los ingredientes, lavando muy bien los corozos.
- Luego se llevan a cocinar a una olla con agua que los cubra por completo por unos 25 minutos.
- Pasado ese tiempo se llevan los corozos a la licuadora y se le añaden 3 tazas de del agua donde se cocinaron, se licua por 3 minutos, haciendo pausas constantes cada cierta cantidad de segundos.
- Luego se cuela y se le añade la azúcar y el hielo al gusto.
