Biography
Raquel Ércole Ramírez was a distinguished Colombian film and television actress, recognized for her participation in the first Colombian telenovela, El 0597 Está Ocupado. For this reason, she is considered one of the pioneering actresses of Colombian television.

Ércole was born in Neiva, Huila, on February 20, 1940, and was married for more than 60 years to musician and humorist Lizardo Días Muñoz, with whom she had three children: Patricia Díaz Ércole, Guido Díaz Ércole, and César Díaz Ércole. Her daughter Patricia also pursued a career as an actress.
Raquel Ércole passed away on December 13, 2021, at the age of 81, of natural causes. According to relatives, she went to sleep and did not wake up.
