Ingredients
  

  • 2 green bananas
  • Water
  • 1 Onion
  • Butter (al gusto)
  • Salt (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • First the ingredients are prepared; bananas are washed, then peeled and cut into medium pieces; Then they are placed to parboil in enough salted water.
  • The onion is finely chopped and set aside until the banana is finished cooking. (optionally you can use a couple of finely chopped garlic and add them when making the puree).
  • Once the bananas are soft, remove them from the heat, remove the water and place them in a container, there add butter to taste and a little salt; Then, with a spoon or a masher, mash the bananas together with the butter until they form a puree.
  • Then proceed to add the chopped onion and mix well, checking if it has enough salt, if it is missing, you can add more. Let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Then with your hands you proceed to form some balls with the puree and that's it.
  • You can accompany this dish with whatever you want: eggs, Coastal cheese, coastal serum, meat, etc.
