Ingredients
- 12 coconuts
- 3 liters of water
Step by step preparation
- First, the 12 coconuts are grated and squeezed well in approximately 3 liters of water to obtain the milk.
- Then put the milk to boil and remove all the creamy part, leaving it in a separate pot.
- This cream is then fried until it turns into oil, strained and stored in containers.
