Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds of potatoes
  • 4 long onion stalks
  • 2 mature tomatoes
  • ½ pound of peasant cheese
  • ½ cup of milk creams
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Cumin (al gusto)
  • pepper (al gusto)
  • salt (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing to do is wash the potatoes and then partially peel them, then cook them in salted water for about 45 minutes, so that they soften.
  • Meanwhile, you must prepare a stew, sautéing in oil the previously peeled and chopped ripe tomatoes, the long onion previously cut into strips, the previously grated cheese, the milk and cumin cream, pepper and salt to taste.
  • After the potatoes are soft, remove them from the water, place them on a plate and cover them with the stew.
