  • 2 cups of barley flour
  • 1 pound of potatoes
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • ¼ pound of butter
  • salt (al gusto)
  • pepper (al gusto)
  • oil for frying

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing you should do is toast the barley flour in a frying pan, then grind the flour together with the previously peeled, cooked and chopped potatoes, also together with the hard-boiled eggs, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Knead everything very well and grind it again.
