Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound green beans
  • ½ pound of hibis

  • 1 pound pork or bacon
  • 1 pound sausage cut into pieces
  • ½ pound of tomatoes
  • ½ cup of big onion
  • 3 cobs

  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Laurel
  • Thyme

Step by step preparation
 

  • First of all, wash the green beans very well, parboil them and peel them.
  • Then you must prepare a stew in a large pot with the oil, the previously chopped big onion, the previously chopped long onion, the thyme, the bay leaf, the oregano, salt, pepper and chopped garlic.
  • Then they are added, forming layers, from the longest to the easiest to cook, the order would be as follows: Chuguas, beef rib cut into pieces, cobs cut into pieces, year-old potatoes, pork cut into pieces, the hibias, the broad beans, the cubios, plus the can of water and the cup of warm milk, then let it boil over low heat for 20 or 30 minutes.
  • Next you should put the sausage cut into pieces on top and let it boil for 20 minutes.
  • Lastly, when serving, spread several teaspoons of hogao, which you can prepare with the long onion in strips and the previously chopped tomato.
