Ingredients
- 10 Nísperos Sapodillas, perfectly ripe
- Sugar to taste approx. 5 tablespoons
- Ice
- Water or Milk amount depends on desired thickness
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: First, thoroughly wash the nísperos. Cut each fruit in half and carefully remove all the elongated black seeds and the brown outer skin.
- Blend the base: Place the clean níspero pieces into a blender. Add your liquid of choice (water for a lighter, refreshing juice, or milk for a creamier shake), about 5 tablespoons of sugar, and a generous amount of ice. Blend everything until you achieve your desired density and smoothness.
- Taste and adjust: Check the sweetness of the juice. If you notice it needs a bit more flavor, add a little more sugar and pulse the blender again.
