Jugo de Zapote (Colombian Zapote Juice)

Ingredients
- 2 Large ripe zapotes (zapote costeño)
- 4 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- Ice
Instructions
- Prep the fruit: First, use a knife to carefully peel the zapotes. Slice them open and completely remove the large seeds (pepas) to extract the clean, bright orange pulp.
- Blend the juice: Place the fresh zapote pulp into your blender along with the milk, ice and the sugar. Blend everything on high speed for exactly 2 minutes until the mixture is perfectly smooth, dense, and frothy.
- Serve: Your creamy tropical juice is ready! Serve immediately in large glasses, ideally very cold.
