Ingredients
  

  • ½ liter chicha or guarapo
  • 6 tablespoons of corn flour
  • ¼ quarter pound of panela
  • cheese (al gusto)
  • pan (al gusto)

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing you do is add 6 tablespoons of corn flour to the chicha, so that it thickens.
  • Then place the pot to boil along with the panela.
  • Once the mazamorra boils, it will be ready to serve.
  • Finally, add the cheese and bread cut into squares.

Interesting Facts

  • In some recipes, guarapo is used instead of chicha, and when neither guarapo nor chicha is available, lulos can be used to achieve that particular flavor of the preparation.
