- 1 pound sesame
- Salt to taste
Step by step preparation
- The first thing you should do is wash the sesame seeds well, then drain it well. When it is dry, it is placed to toast in a cauldron or a thick-bottomed pot.
- When it is already toasted, remove it from the heat and proceed to grind it with a grinder, leaving a paste similar to butter.
- Then add salt to taste and that's it, you can serve it.

- If you want to make ground sesame balls, you must reserve a part of the toasted sesame seeds and after grinding the rest proceed to make some balls with the help of a spoon and cover it with the reserved toasted sesame seeds, and that's it.
