  • Salt to taste

Step by step preparation
 

  • The first thing you should do is wash the sesame seeds well, then drain it well. When it is dry, it is placed to toast in a cauldron or a thick-bottomed pot.
  • When it is already toasted, remove it from the heat and proceed to grind it with a grinder, leaving a paste similar to butter.
  • Then add salt to taste and that's it, you can serve it.
