Café Guarulo is a fairly watery coffee, flavored with cinnamon and sweetened with panela; this coffee is very typical of the eastern Colombian plains. Learn in this simple recipe how to make Café Guarulo quickly and easily.
Ingredients
- ½ pound of coffee
- 2 cups of water
- Panela (to taste)
- Cinnamon (to taste)
Instructions
- First, prepare a bit of coffee sweetened with panela in a pot; use the 2 cups of water, ½ pound of coffee, and panela to taste.
- Then, add a cinnamon stick, which should be removed after a few minutes.
