Ingredients

Step by step preparation

  • The pork should be chopped and cooked in salted water until it is cooked and soft.
  • Then you proceed to finely chop the big onion and create a sauce with it and with the also chopped tomato, add the cumin, pepper and salt to taste, proceed to add the previously cooked pork and leave it for a few minutes. to simmer.
  • You proceed to take portions of the cassava dough about the size of an egg, with your fingers press the center of the dough to create an opening through which to pour the stew, with a little dough close the opening.
  • Then pass the carimañolas through the beaten egg whites and then proceed to fry them in plenty of oil until they are golden brown.
